Refund Policy

Reservation Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellations made 14 days or more prior to the scheduled reservation date will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made between 7 and 13 days prior to the scheduled reservation date will receive a 50% refund.

  • Cancellations made less than 7 days prior to the scheduled reservation date will not be eligible for any refund.


2. Refunds for Early Departure:

  • No refunds will be provided for early departure once the trip has commenced.


3. Reservation Changes:

  • Changes to the reservation dates can be made based on availability. However, any changes must be requested at least 7 days prior to the original reservation date.

 
4. Force Majeure:

  • In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel reservations. In such cases, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule their reservation.

5. Refund Process:

  • Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original reservation.

  • Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after the cancellation has been processed.

 
6. No-Shows:

  • Guests who do not show up for their reservation without prior notice will not be eligible for any refund.


7. Damages:

  • Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the sailboat or its amenities during their stay. Any incurred damages will be charged accordingly.


8. Additional Terms:

  • All guests must adhere to the rules and regulations of the sailboat during their stay.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate the reservation of any guest who violates these rules without refund.
